Since your Pace trailer was using an Enclosed Trailer Ramp Spring and you want the spring to function again, you will need to have a qualified professional work on it, one with experience with torsion springs (like a garage door company).

With your over head garage door springs frequently breaking you may not have the correct capacity springs for your door. We have kits that range from 80LBS # M374FR up to 250LBS # CB250D96SHD. The weight rating is not the door weight but the amount of force required to raise the door at any given point. The easiest way to check this is with a scale while raising the door. Yes, it sounds like your springs are too heavy duty which is making them nearly impossible to find the "sweet spot".

The first thing I would check on is the capacity of the new springs that you had installed on the trailer. You need to be sure that the spring capacity is rated at 1/2 the axle capacity. That way 2 springs equal the capacity of the trailer axle for proper fit. Check the arch of the springs with a level top of spring to top of spring to tie bolt.

If your trailer is brand new and recently purchased ideally you would return to the dealer to have the ramp corrected. The amount of misalignment you describe seems excessive for a brand new trailer. If the trailer is parked on uneven ground the ramp may tend to lean to the low side; this happens just from the weight of the ramp twisting the hinge. It is difficult to say what exactly may have caused the ramp door on your enclosed car hauler to come out of alignment. It could be a bad hinge or something could have been damaged on the door itself with the previous owner, which over time lead to the door coming more and more out of line.

The jaws on a new 5th wheel hitch can be pretty stiff to the point where you would have to physically close the handle and jaws yourself. If the jaw opens and closes like it should without a trailer present then this is likely the issue and it will get better.
If you are using a lube plate with the trailer/hitch then that might be causing the king pin to not seat down far enough. You could use grease instead of the lube plate or use approved lube plate # RP83002.

When you installed the eye bolt for the EZ Gate Tailgate Lift Assist for Open Landscape Trailers # 3375201000 on the gate did you measure 8" from the top down or 8" from the top of the rail up to that point on the gate/ramp? From the photo you sent in I don't see how your gate is 3' tall and that eye bolt is 8" down from the top of the ramp so that's what I'd to to start off.

There isn't a longer ramp available for the Thule EasyFold 2 Bike Rack # TH903202 , Thule does not offer one. The most similar bike rack we have to the Thule T2 part you referenced that is approved for the rougher ride quality at the rear of a fifth wheel trailer is the Yakima OnRamp part # Y36FR. The T2 was not reinforced enough to be able to withstand the harsher ride at the rear of the fifth wheel but the OnRamp was and comes with added benefit of having a ramp setup built into it to make loading and unloading easier.

If the lights have voltage ran to them from the running lights all you'd need to get them to turn on would be a ground wire. It shouldn't matter that the old lights are incandescent and the new are LED. But you might test to make sure that the circuit is active with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993.
If the lights are a ramp the issue could pretty easily be that you are trying to ground them to the metal of the ramp and the connection to the frame of the trailer isn't solid enough.... view full answer...
I have a solution for you, but with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24787 installed on your 2005 Honda Accord you will not be able to use the tow hook location to jack your car. The E1 error code on the Reliance brake controller indicates that a trailer is not connected. If the trailer IS connected and you get the E1 code, a probable cause is a dirty trailer connector. Check the trailer connector on the trailer and on the vehicle. Clean out any dirt or corrosion. Corrosion can build up behind the connectors where the wires attach as well.

When I first read your question I immediately thought that your brake controller must be setup wrong and that setting it up properly would fix your problem. It sounds like you have the gain set to high and the ramp up speed set too low on a time-delayed controller.

It sounds to me like the Curt A20 hitch # C16541 may need to be lubricated. You might also have a spring or some other internal component that is about to fail.

Having a trailer not being perfectly level while towing can cause uneven tire wear especially if the trailer is a tandem axle trailer.
What you will want to do is check out the help article I attached that details how to pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount so that you can tow your trailer level.
